Our founder, Austin Bass, spent years in the Army, Secret Service, and FBI — where every hour of training was documented, verified, and signed off digitally. Whether leading soldiers through mountain training as a Ranger Instructor or serving on high-risk FBI operations, he saw firsthand how elite programs turn training into structure, discipline, and trust.
He saw a simple truth:
